He used to say, “Flower where you were planted!” He absolutely believed a person could succeed and do what he wanted in his career and life without moving to Hollywood or New York City or Paris or Nashville or Austin, and he proved it for himself. At any one time, Chuck would probably have 5 or 6 musical projects going on, and he loved it that way.
