“Hi, Cynthia!"
Eat at El Cholo?

I only knew of the first 4 locations.

(1) The original, on Santa Barbara (now Martin Luther King) in LA., since 1927.

(2) On South Western in LA. Favored by USC students.

(3) 840 E Whittier Boulevard La Habra, at least since the 1950s.

(4) In Irvine, from maybe 1985 until recently. On the endless plains, at 5465 Alton Parkway,

(5) Irvine location has now moved to PCH in Corona Del Mar.

OK. Well, I usually went to the La Habra location, since childhood, Only been o the South Western location a few times, My mom liked the Irvine location that’s no longer there now.

Candy, Roger, Tim, Richard? How would you evaluate the Corona Del Mar location? Food good? Does it taste microwaved, re-heated?

El Cholo's is a favorite. I shared a family story with the restaurant for their 75th birthday recipe book and the story was included in the book. Got me a free book and a discount on a dinner. They also have a restaurant (same menu) on the far east end of Whittier Boulevard in La Habra. Mom and Dad ate there on one of their first dates. "There" being on Western, I think -- but Dad remembered it as having been the very first location on Santa Barbara (now Martin Luther King). All that makes our son, Scot, a third generation "Cholito."
