Betty Mutch, 1926-2012
Mrs. Mutch worked on the Hermosa Drive Elementary School playground in the 1960s.

 

 
Mutch, Elizabeth "Betty", died, July 02, 2012 at the age of 85. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Lillian Wright; her brothers, Ralph and Robert Wright; and her loving and devoted husband of 47 years, Robert Mutch.

Betty was a resident of Fullerton for over 52 years. She worked and raised her family there. She was an active member of the Evangelical Free church and worked as a Poll worker at every Election. She worked on Hermosa school playground in the 60's and 70's and at Richmond school Media Center until she retired. She and her husband traveled the USA and Europe until his death. She baked cookies and cakes for her neighbors, family and friends until she was called home to the Lord.

She was a devoted wife and mother and is survived by her son, Lynn Mutch (Shelly); daughter, Tamara von Kaesborg (Lek); son, Scott Mutch (Lisa); grandchildren, Sara, Thomas and A.J. (honorary).

A celebration of her life will be held at the Evangelical Free Church, 2801 Brea Blvd., Fullerton, on Saturday, July 28 at 11:00 a.m.
