Favorite place you lived?
It's surprising how many places Lancers have lived, I mean individual Lancers. For some Lancers, it's almost 50 places, The average number of places is closer to ten. Of all the places you lived since birth, which one was your favorite?

Please name only 1. Not 2, not 3, not 4, but only 1.

If you name more than 1, we’ll probably delete your answer, OK?

Midland, Texas for me. I have to comment on Steven Lowe's and Ryden Richardson's choices. Allison lived in San Miguel de Allende for a year shortly before we were married. I visited her there on my way down to Panama. I can see why one would fall in love with living there. As for Ryden, where I live now is not all that far from Lakewood, Ohio. I've been in Lakewood several times and I can vouch for the charm of the town.

Most favorite: Aboard USS Sandoval troop carrier as part of reinforced Marine landing battalion, 1967. ( Liberty ports were awesome.)

Least favorite: Quang Tri province, Vietnam, 1968.
