Greg Condict, '69, 1951-2004

Gregory Robin Condict died Sunday, May 2, 2004, after a long disability.

A memorial service will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. Sunday, May 23, at Our Town. We will take a few SUVs to a nearby oak for a short remembrance, thanks to Vina Robles Winery, then return to Our Town. The dress is casual.

Gregory was born March 6, 1951, and attended Sunny Hills High in Fullerton, Calif. He loved big wave riding, tennis and hiking. His laugh and humor are well-known throughout the county. Working out of Carpenters Local 1800, he knew many. He especially loved the guys at Diablo Canyon. He was also a proud member of King David's Lodge No. 209 of San Luis Obispo.

Greg and his wife Bonnie lived in Our Town since their marriage in 1972. They rode horses over the hills before all the fences. Three children blessed their union, Graham Scott, Morgan Charles and Kathleen Anna.

Greg is survived by his brothers, Win and wife Barbara of Paso Robles, Wayne and wife Anna Marie of Irvine, Kevin and wife Judy of Kingsburg and Preston and Scott of Our Town; sister Sallie and husband Tim Roberts of Templeton; and many loving nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by parents, Winfield and Dorothy Condict.
