Mr. Roger C. Hope, R.I.P.

Mr. Hope was a Fullerton attorney for many decades, and his office at the southeast corner of Commonwealth and Highland was a local landmark. He died not long ago in Cambria, CA of natural causes.

Mr. Hope leaves his daughters Tamia, ’64 and Katia, ’65.

Mr. Hope graduated from Loyola Law School in 1950, along with Sam E. Collins and Roger A. Saevig.

He was a true gentleman always.

I took care of both girls when they lived in Fullerton by the airport.
When they moved to Corona Del Mar the first time the had a new babysitter they cried. After that he would pick me up on Friday after school and bring me back on Monday mornings. I spend a lot good times with them at the beach. I always wonder what ever happened to them. They were beautiful children. So was there Mother.
I’m so thankful I read this.

My condolences to Katia and Tamia. Daddy and Roger Hope shared the same office bldg. for a few years there on Commonwealth. I always enjoyed the times when our two families got together in Fullerton, and especially during the years when the Hopes still lived in Corona Del Mar, a really long time ago!
