Long time Fullerton resident, Stella Byers Bush, passed away peacefully at home on Jan. 24, 2009. 

She leaves behind her loving husband of 61 years, Dr. Paul Bush, O.D.; daughter, Margery Ahern, ’67; son, Roger Bush; daughter, Caroline Verbee; and her four grandchildren, Michael Tobin and Trenton Bush, and Jordan and Clayton Germyn. She is also survived by her brother, Clyde Byers and sister, Hariett Byers of Pennsylvania. 

Stella was an avid supporter of the North County YWCA having been president and "Woman of the Year." She enjoyed symphonic music, reading, travel, and an afternoon of bridge with her dear friends. Family services will be private.
