On a personal note, I attended school with Owen from 1st grade at Ford School. He was an accomplished piano player, and entertained us often at parties. He was a Yell Leader in our Senior year, while I was a Song Leader. We had a lot of fun leading the alumni in songs and yells. Lots of good memories of a great guy! As I recall, he graduated from USC.

I remember Mr. Richelieu first and foremost as a dignified, scholarly gentleman who loved kids. He seemed to stay in the background, but he had a wonderful reserved smile. I thought he was a very classy gentleman.

Others from Nicolas and Golden Hill will remember him better than I do.
