Ernie Costa's ('64) dad, owned Hilltop Market
Costa, Ernest H., March 26, 1923 - March 6, 2007 Ernest passed away at home in his sleep. A carpenter by trade, he moved his family to Fullerton, CA. in 1956. He and his family owned the "Hilltop Market" in Fullerton for some 20 years. He lived in Clearwater, FL. for the last 15 years. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Dorothy, and his 5 children, Ernie Jr., Ron, Phyllis, Jerry and Jane. Ernest also leaves 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He is laid to rest near his hometown of Bristol, RI. with Military Honors for his dedicated service in WWII. He will be missed by us all. Published in the Orange County Register on 4/1/2007.
