It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randolph Glenn Penman (Fresno, California), who passed away on December 31, 2017, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. 

Randolph graduated from Fullerton Junior College, He was the son of Mrs, Ann Penman  and Mr. Glen Penman.
