Robert William Koll, age 53, passed away May 30, 2003 in Fullerton, CA.
He was born in Los Angeles in 1950 but spent most of his life in Orange Co. As a youth he achieved the ranks of Order of the Arrow and Eagle Scout, then went on to attend UCI for three years in Electrical Engineering, and graduated from Cal State University, Fullerton with degrees in History and Geology.
He also received many trophies for competition sailboat racing at Newport Beach. He worked for several years as a design engineer in the Los Angeles area, and as a sailing instructor at UCI.
Bob was a loving son and brother and leaves his parents, Kenneth and Eleanor Koll and sister Sandra Larsen, niece Rachel Larsen and nephew Thomas Larsen.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, June 7, at Forest Lawn, Glendale, CA.
