Don't know about the recording, Tommy, but at least we have videos of quite a few songs played. It wasn't a surprise concert, though. It was advertised for 2 or 3 months. You just moved too far away from the area, man! :)
Jackson mentioned that he'll probably come back to sing once the Fox Fullerton opens again after its long, thorough remodeling. I don't think there's any firm date set for that reopening, and none at all for any concert. To complete the job may take a few more years.

Wish I could have been there to hear the great music. Love hearing Greg's steel and Jackson's soothing voice. I DID get to see David Lindley though at the old opera house in Nevada City for Valentines Day evening in Nevada City. Mark Twain played there as well a long time ago. I wonder if anyone was able to record the surprise concert in La Mirada? TK.
